Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team responsible for inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees.
• Coordinate receiving and shipping operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates.
• Schedule employee shifts.
• Improve warehouse productivity.
• Prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Certification.
• Associate or Bachelor degree.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle WMS.
